As a lifelong Arsenal supporter and season ticket holder, football has been a constant in my life. Supporting a team through both triumphs and setbacks has taught me patience, resilience, and the value of teamwork — lessons I bring into every collaborative environment.

I've held my Arsenal season ticket since I was 14 during the 2016/17 season, and played for my local club, Harvesters FC, from the age of 5 through to 19. Football has always been central to both me and my family, shaping my character and passion for growth on and off the pitch.

Combat sports have played a big role in shaping my discipline, mindset, and resilience. I trained in boxing consistently for around two years, building not only technical skill but also mental toughness, focus, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

After boxing, I spent around three months training Muay Thai at Combat Gym St Albans, where I gained an appreciation for the sport's technical complexity, adaptability, and the respect embedded in martial arts culture.

These experiences taught me to push past limits, adapt strategies when challenges arise, and stay committed to continuous improvement — lessons that I apply to both personal and professional growth.

I've trained consistently since the age of 16, and over the years my focus has shifted between weightlifting, boxing, and football. Each period of training has given me different strengths — whether it's the discipline of structured weightlifting programs, the endurance and mindset from boxing, or the teamwork and agility developed through football.

I've also trained alongside friends and family at different points in time, which has made fitness not just a personal pursuit but also a shared experience. These years of consistency have helped me grow as a person, teaching me commitment, balance, and the importance of steady progress both inside and outside the gym.
